Ultra-large Chemical Libraries
10 August 2022 10:00-17:00, London, United Kingdom
A decade ago a chemical library of a million compounds was considered large but over the last few years
there has been a period of continuous growth in the size of both physical and virtual chemical libraries. As
the libraries have grown the conventional search technologies have become unsustainable and new
technologies are needed. This meeting will look at the challenges and solutions used to design, create,
compare and search these ultra-large chemical libraries.
Speakers
Recent Advances in Chemical Search of Ultra-large Databases
Roger Sayle, NextMove Software
Applications of DNA encoded library technology toward the discovery of potential antibody-recruiting small
molecules
Carol Mulrooney, GSK
Synthon-GA: searching make-on-demand libraries using a genetic algorithm
Jan Jensen, University of Copenhagen
Synthon-based docking of ultra large virtual libraries
Oliver Vipond, Evariste Technologies
Chemical Space Docking: Novel ROCK1 Kinase Inhibitors found by Large-Scale Structure-Based Virtual
Screening
Franca Klinger, MSD
